4. Sales and Payment Terms
Fees and VAT
- Prices for design services and products are displayed on the website.
- In accordance with UAE Federal Law, prices may be subject to 5% Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
Payment Methods
- Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. NAWAQI does not store sensitive credit card data.
- Installments: If a payment plan is agreed upon, failure to meet a deadline may result in the suspension of service access and the immediate demand for the remaining balance.
No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of design services and downloadable assets, all sales are final. Once access is granted or the digital file is delivered, the User waives the right to a refund or withdrawal.
5. Liability and Indemnification
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, NAWAQI Products Design Services shall not be liable for:

- The total liability of NAWAQI for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. General Provisions
Service Interruption
We reserve the right to interrupt services for maintenance or updates. While we strive for 100% uptime, NAWAQI is not liable for outages caused by “Force Majeure” (e.g., internet infrastructure failure or local utility issues).
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be settled exclusively in the Dubai Courts.
